he W4C program engages leaders at all career stages—emerging, mid-career, and established—who are taking action on the climate emergency. We support participants to develop climate solutions across sectors and industries in the Metro Vancouver region.

The program is comprised of three core components as we believe that these components, together, can accelerate program participants' capacity for championing climate action: Mentorship, Training, Networking.
