Canadian Women in Local Leadership (CanWILL) is a 10-month project which aims to increase the participation and retention of women in municipal leadership and to support a more diverse, inclusive and equitable environment in municipal governance. The CanWILL project aims to promote full and equitable participation of women, particularly those who are underrepresented in municipal politics.
