The Fem+ Program creates and fosters valuable connections between high school students, engineering student mentors, university services, and professionals. The program also shares the experiences of students and professionals and provides personalized advice about university applications, what engineering is like, and the transition from high school to university.

The Fem+ program provides you with opportunities to:

Be mentored by a current engineering student
Participate in information sessions,
Attend social events, and
Join online discussion platforms where you can pose questions and contribute to discussions with everyone in the program, engineering student mentors, and program directors.
The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta invites applications from high school students annually in September.
