The Ontario Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) is Ontario’s lead advocate, facilitator and catalyst for sector transformation and the transition to a more sustainable energy economy. Mentoring plays a vital role in the leadership and career development of our members. The OSEA Mentoring Program connects experienced industry mentors and mentees. The program serves to enhance the leadership skills and career potential of OSEA members.
