Objectives

Mentorship and leadership programs for women of color in peace and security sectors.

Description

Our revamped Mentorship Program provides Mentors and Mentees with nine months of consistent engagement via monthly check-ins, Mentee Meet Ups and working towards completion of a portfolio project. During the application process, the Mentee will identify THREE of the following options to include in their portfolio:

Internship/Fellowship

Post Grad job Opportunities

Job Transition Opportunities

Conferences Opportunities

Professional Association Memberships

At the conclusion of the program, mentees and mentors are encouraged to maintain relations and continue to seek professional and personal development opportunities across the WCAPS network, perhaps together.
