Job Description:
The Empowered Women 4 Good Fellowship is a transformational program supporting women on a journey of self-discovery, renewed confidence, and purpose-driven leadership. The Fellowship helps women reconnect with their unique gifts, strengths, and potential - empowering them to design fulfilling lives while creating meaningful social, environmental, and community impact.
Our participants include women at all stages of their personal and professional journeys:
Women seeking new opportunities or career pivots
Mompreneurs and early-stage entrepreneurs
Women writing their second or third chapter
Emerging and established leaders stepping into greater influence
You will play a key role in shaping the Fellowship experience by bringing in inspiring voices, strategic partners, and organizations committed to social innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and environmental impact.
Duration: 4 weeks, total hours: 40 across the 4 weeks
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify partnerships with women’s organizations, social innovation hubs, entrepreneurship networks, environmental organizations, and mission-driven companies
Speaker & Facilitator Engagement:
Source, recruit, and coordinate diverse speakers, facilitators, and thought leaders aligned with women’s leadership, purpose, sustainability, and social impact
You are someone who:
Is deeply aligned with women’s empowerment, social innovation, entrepreneurship, and environmental sustainability
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is comfortable reaching out to founders, speakers, and nonprofit organizations
Brings a collaborative, values-driven, and proactive mindset
