ENGAGED THINKING
 

The WCAPS mentorship program is an 8-week program where Mentors and Mentees engage in weekly check-ins and interact with biweekly prompts. There are program-wide meetings with the program leaders, allowing mentors and mentees to share progress and advancements to date. At the conclusion of the program, mentees and mentors are encouraged to maintain relations and continue to seek professional and personal development opportunities across the WCAPS network.
